Task
To develop a comprehensive automated system for simple and quick registration of insurance policies. The customer planned to implement business processes that save customers’ time as much as possible and allow them to earn money on insurance products.
As a result, we helped the customer to implement his idea from scratch and provided technical implementation of the project.
Solution
We have developed the Digital platform which is an automated service for calculating and processing insurance contracts. Now this digital platform is used in the BCS “Life Insurance” and in partner banks.
The integration with the mobile application BCS “World of Investments” was also implemented. This allowed the customer to expand the audience of policyholders, and tens of thousands of users of the “World of Investments” now can buy investment insurance products directly in the application, without visiting the offices of the BCS.

Key functionality
Flexible settings
The digital platform includes more than 100 products of the customer, the main of which are ICS , ASJ and CSJ. Despite the large number of products, each of them can be customized, i.e. set up conditions of its distribution, restrictions and many other parameters.
Convenient system
The digital platform combines a wide range of BCS products, i.e. ready-made various scenarios for the execution of insurance contracts. To insure a client, you need to fill out several simple forms and sign a contract, and the system will automatically make all calculations.
Designer of ICJ products
Internal service to serve premium customers. It helps financial advisors and private banking specialists collect individual investment baskets in real time. Risks, options, payouts and other investment parameters are calculated automatically.
Multistrategy
The internal Multistrategy service allows clients to combine several investment strategies in one contract. The client receives consolidated information about contributions and payments, taking into account the conditions of each strategy. This helps investors choose the most profitable way of investing and earn more.
Asset analysis
Assets that are approved by analysts and suitable for investment are shown in real time. BCS employees do not need additional clarifications and approvals when selecting products for customers.
Passport verification
We have set up automatic verification of customer passports on the bases of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Federal Security Service. If the policyholder is wanted, listed as an extremist, or has an invalid passport, the BCS employee will see this while filling out the documents.
Integration with Dadata
The Dadata service simplifies entering the client’s address into insurance documents. Integration with the service speeds up the execution of policies and contracts by automating routine actions, and also minimizes the risk of errors. Now the BCS employee enters part of the client’s address and immediately finds it in the all-Russian database.
Largely due to the rapid and high-quality development the IC “BCS Life Insurance” was the first to occupy the niche of investing in insurance products with personalized settings.
In 2019, she received an A1 grade “Quality Mark” from the analytical agency “Businessdrom” and an award in the nomination “Digital Platform of the Year” from the financial market award “Financial Elite of Russia”.
In 2020, it won the nomination “Team of the Year in Investment and Cumulative Insurance” of the Financial Elite of Russia award.
Since the end of 2021, the rating agency Expert RA has confirmed the financial reliability rating of BCS Life Insurance at the level of ruA- (moderately high level) with a stable outlook.
At the beginning of 2022, in terms of the number of contracts concluded, it is in the TOP 7 in the direction of life insurance and in the TOP 10 in general for life insurance.
